Madison Technologies to distribute Taiwanese vendor ATEN

Madison Technologies has signed a distribution agreement with ATEN.

Madison Technologies will focus on delivering ATEN's professional A/V solutions to broadcasting, telecommunications, retail, security and education markets.

ATEN Australia and New Zelanad product manager Raymond Lam said: "Partnering with Madison enables ATEN to seamlessly connect with our target customers and provide them with a complete A/V solution."

Brisbane-headquartered Madison Technologies Broadcast & Audio Visual, which was established 25 years ago, is a value-added distributor of professional and commercial-grade audio visual and broadcast technology products and solutions.

According to the vendor, ATEN's solutions are complementary to the existing Madison product range.

"We're excited to have the ATEN brand on board with Madison Technologies. With its complete line of professional AV products and solutions, we're confident that ATEN will quickly become a key supplier, partnering with us to deliver the latest and smartest AV and KVM technology to our broadcast and integration customers," said Ken Kyle, Madison Technologies general manager, broadcast & audio visual.

Madison Technologies became a Huawei distributor in May 2016 having access to the vendor's full portfolio.

Taiwan-headquartered ATEN recently open its Australia and New Zealand subsidiary in Sydney. ATEN is an IT connectivity and management solutions provider with subsidiaries also in China, Japan, Korea, Belgium, the US, the U.K., and Russia. ATEN also has R&D centers in Taiwan, China, and Canada.
