"Organisations now, more than ever, are looking for a new generation of CRM and ERP solutions that will drive their growth and deliver efficiencies with lower total operating costs, and Dynamics is ideally positioned to deliver this," he said.
"Looking at the major trends, it's clear that the internet in particular is transforming the way both technology vendors and Australian companies do business.
"This presents opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics, and our partners, to deliver innovation and offer the power of choice through both on-premise and hosted offerings.
"In particular, through our hosted offerings we are helping customers to evaluate and rethink how they use internet delivery models to acquire, manage and derive the most value out of their IT investments," he added.
Ridd said he will also be looking at how Australian organisations can get more out of their Microsoft investments, from tighter integration across their entire technology stack to innovative downloadable add-ons for current Dynamic products.
