Broadband hardware and software vendor Open Networks has launched iConnectWLAN, a software tool which assists in the setting up of WLAN in the home or office.
Derek Campbell managing director Open Networks said the product helped ISPs reduce customer support calls for the installation and maintenance of a WLAN, and hence win busines away from established players.
The vendor top 10 customers include, Telstra, PowerTel, Primus Telecom, Primus AOL, WestNet, iiNET, Internode, EFTel, Pacific Interenet and People Telecom.
