Resellers who want to help their business clients get paid faster could benefit from a new partnership between Rhipe and DocuSign.
Cloud software specialist Rhipe will now distribute DocuSign’s digital transaction management and eSignature solutions across Asia-Pacific.
“Rhipe’s service provider partners will now be able to offer SMB and enterprise clients the ability to achieve revenue faster with agreements completed and signed error-free in minutes,” according to Rhipe.
“In addition, businesses will be able to automate document processing, reduce operating costs and increase customer satisfaction overall with the convenience of DocuSigning agreements anytime, anywhere, on any device.”
Rhipe claims that, on average, 84 percent of transactions are completed via DocuSign in less than one day; 62 percent in less than one hour; and 51 percent in 15 minutes or less.
“This partnership will arm our service providers with the ability to offer a cutting-edge, seamless and digital process that will help APAC businesses focus on their clients as opposed to chasing and managing paperwork,” said chief strategy officer Chris Sharp.
DocuSign claims its solutions are used by more than 250,000 companies and more than 100 million users in 188 countries.
The company’s Asia-Pacific vice-president, Brad Newton, said the partnership with Rhipe would open up a new channel of growth for DocuSign in the region.
