Synnex Australia has continued to expand its critical infrastructure capability after partnering with Vertiv, the vendor that recently rebranded from Emerson Network Power.
The distributor will now carry the portfolio of power protection solutions offered by Vertiv, which includes the Liebert GXT4 and Liebert ITA.
Last November, Synnex formed a partnership with critical infrastructure vendor Delta Electronics, under which it will distribute data centre products including UPS, precision cooling and power quality control.
Synnex chief executive Kee Ong said the company wanted to offer resellers the best ICT solutions.
“Partnering with Vertiv and adding their solutions into our portfolio will give our resellers more choice and a broader solution set in the critical infrastructure space,” he said.
Vertiv ANZ channel director Mo Kandeel said data centres are becoming increasingly complex as new technologies change how businesses manage their critical infrastructure.
“Uptime and availability remain a major concern for our customers here in Australia,” he said.
“That’s why we are further expanding our national distribution network for our power protection portfolio bringing our industry-leading solutions to more businesses in the region.”
