Synnex, EMPR make partnership with Mo Kandeel's Blupeak official

Synnex and EMPR have officially added Aussie connectivity vendor Blupeak to their distribution portfolios, carrying its full retail and commercial offerings.

Blupeak is Aussie channel veteran Mo Kandeel’s latest venture, manufacturing a range of cables, connectivity hardware and mobile accessories, including cat5 and cat6 ethernet cables, USB cables, Lightning cables, HDMI and DisplayPort cables, power cables, wireless charging stations for mobiles, device holders for cars and more.

“Blupeak is delighted to be partnering with Synnex within the ANZ market segment. The connectivity space is a rapidly growing market particularly with the adoption of the Internet of Things,” Kandeel said.

“This partnership means we can deliver premium tier 1 connectivity solutions to any reseller or retailer through the highly sophisticated and efficient logistics model Synnex has in place.”

The new vendor boss said he was also delighted to be working with EMPR, a distie he said had a unique distribution model that presented opportunities to attach complementarily connectivity solutions within its reseller base.

"EMPR has a proven track record of superior customer service and personalised relationship management, coupled with warehousing across ANZ and reach into the South Pacific region. The partnership between EMPR and Blupeak gives the channel a very strong value proposition consisting of a top Tier distribution model and a premium connectivity portfolio,” Kandeel said.

The company started operations last month, and is going to be a 100 percent channel-focused vendor, operating in both the commercial and retail space.

Kandeel previously worked at Fuji Xerox printers as general manager of sales, leaving just before Xerox and Fuji Xerox merged in February to start Blupeak. Prior to that, he held various IT sales and channel roles with Acer, LG Electronics, Targus, Dell, Lexmark, Emerson Network Power.

“Blupeak have a premium connectivity portfolio in audiovisual and network connectivity, with the capability to design and build custom specifications for project-based businesses,” Synnex Australia product director Mark Ung said.

“We are very pleased to be working with Blupeak and I am confident that this will help us to enable more companies to take advantage of the value delivered by Blupeak.”
