Tumbleweed secures O2 Networks
Stree Naidu, Tumbleweed’s regional vice president Asia Pacific Japan told CRN O2 Networks will look after implementation of Tumbleweed’s data security and file transfer solutions.

O2 provides enterprise networking and security consulting services, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

“O2 Networks has a depth of experience in key vertical markets in Australia, in particular Melbourne. It also has an understanding of email security and content requirements and solutions,” said Naidu.

Naidu claimed Tumbleweed will reward O2 and other successful channel partners with favourable margins and back these up with a variety of customer-facing marketing programs.

“We look to our partners to identify, assess and meet the messaging and content security needs of their medium-size, enterprise and government customers,” he said.

Naidu claimed its channel partners delivers 77 percent of its non-renewal commercial bookings, a 40 percent increase over the corresponding quarter in 2007.

O2 Networks joins Information Gateways, Content Security, Open Systems, Sigma 5 and Priority 1 in Tumbleweed’s Alliance Program, he said.
