The service, part of the Unisys Messaging Bureau, enables telecommunication service providers to offer their subscribers products that combine their fixed and mobile and data messaging in converged messaging services.
These include a single voice mailbox that combines messages left on separate VoIP, mobile and fixed phones, and a web-based tool to access and manage fax, voice and email messages in one inbox.

The Unisys converged messaging service is part of the comprehensive Messaging Bureau of hosted application services that Unisys offers to telecommunication companies across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
