Specialist distributor VExpress has partnered with Melbourne-based cloud customer contact vendor Premier Technologies to distribute its Premier Contact Point solution.
Premier Contact Point is a multichannel cloud-hosted customer contact solution with visual IVR, mobile queueing and post-call summary features.
“The VExpress partner community are well placed to lead the way and help their business and government customers cost-effectively access the same tools as the larger players,” Premier chief executive Sol Rabinowicz said.
“As a true cloud solution, Premier Contact Point allows VExpress resellers to augment their existing product sales with a sustainable annuity business and ongoing consulting, professional services, and training opportunities.”
With Contact Point, customer service agents log in to a single, unified platform to handle voice, email, web chat and SMS interactions with customers.
The product is also designed to integrate with cloud CRM/ERP solutions like Microsoft’s Skype for Business, Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow.
