Global Web management and delivery vendor – Vignette - has been selected
to provide software applications to New South Wales Government agencies
and departments under the New South Wales Government Selected
Applications Systems (GSAS) Contract 2606.
According to Broadbent, where possible, Vignette will use its partners to assist in undertaking work that maybe generated through the company's inclusion on the NSW Government Panel Contract.
"Vignette's selection to the NSW Government Panel Contract is a win-win for both the company and its partners. Where possible, Vignette will use its partners to assist in undertaking work that maybe generated through the company's inclusion on the NSW Government Panel Contract,” he said.
Systems integrators will also get a chance to bid for a proposal for tender when the NSW Government, through the Department of Commerce, in the next few months. “Many of our partners believe that their association with us will assist them in this tender process," said Broadbent.
Vignette's Web experience solutions are currently being used in several
state and federal government agencies including Centrelink, Queensland
Police, CSIRO, Sydney Water and the Premier's Department and Cabinet in
Victoria, claimed Broadbent.
