Melbourne-based Emersion has developed an integrated billing and provisioning solution for managed services providers that integrates their partners into a single bill for their customers.

The platform is a product agnostic, subscription billing service management and provisioning solution that integrates with existing accounting systems such as Xero. It also offers native auditing, margin analysis and dynamic reporting functionality.

Emersion said the solution reduced the cost and time required to integrate and manage multiple systems, including voice, data, time, hardware and services, and that it also manages project workflow, time and ticketing, payment and self-service.

The company said it wanted to help MSPs "close the door on the competition" when they allow telcos and software vendors to resell to their customers by creating a single point of contact for telco, data, software subscriptions, managed services, hardware and support billing.

The solution was developed in partnership with business automation vendor ConnectWise and features extensive integration with its ConnectWise Manage platform.

Emersion also partnered with telcos and vendors such as Broadsoft, Microsoft and Rhipe for Office 365 provisioning.

The omni-channel billing and provisioning cloud solutions provider said it had developed integration with Australian telcos and service vendors over the past 12 years.

"We are the only multi-tier provisioning and billing solution available in Australasia with integration to over 150 carriers/suppliers and 500 service types available covering Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and beyond,“ Emersion chief executive Paul Dundas said.

The platform launches at the ConnectWise User Group meeting in Sydney today, and in Auckland next week.
