SaaS vendor LogMeIn has bolstered its regional channel sales team by hiring Yvette McEnearney and Mark Harvey.
McEnearney assumes the role of APAC head of unified communications and collaboration (UCC) while Harvey was hired to lead the UCC channel.
LogMeIn said the hires are part of its global plan to market and sell products including GoToConnect, GoToRooms, GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting on a subscription-based model through the APAC channel.

“We are experiencing enormous growth in the region and the interest in the new GoTo portfolio worldwide has increased demand for our products rapidly. The investment in Yvette McEnearney and Mark Harvey shows that we have a very strong commitment to the market and to growing our channel within the region.”
Brown also revealed that LogMeIn has signed a master agent agreement with Tradewinds, leveraging its existing relationship with US-based parent company Telarus.
McEnearney joins from Extreme Networks, where she last worked as senior manager for APAC distribution. She also worked at Avaya, Frontrange Solutions (now part of Ivanti) and NEC Business Solutions.

Harvey meanwhile joins from cloud contact centre software vendor NICE inContact, where he helped build out and manage its ANZ channel since 2018. Prior to that, he also worked at ShoreTel, Mitel and Macquarie Telecom in various sales roles.
“My experience in the channel has provided me with good knowledge of the business requirements and challenges faced by partners,” Harvey said.
“I am pleased to bring this to LogMeIn where I can help to engage and onboard partner and assist them in delivering industry leading security communications and collaboration solutions to their customers.”
