Adactin acquires Focus Dynamics Group to expand Dynamics 365 offering

All staff from Focus Dynamics Group will come under the Adactin umbrella.

Aussie ITSP Adactin has acquired Focus Dynamics Group to expand its Dynamics 365 offering for its customers.

This acquisition also helps Adactin expand its presence in South Australia and Victoria.

Headquartered in Melbourne, Focus Dynamics Group specialises in providing advanced Dynamics 365 and Azure solutions and has successfully built a strong presence among the manufacturing, distribution, food and beverage sectors.

Speaking to CRN Australia, Navnseesh Garg CEO at Adactin said this acquisition will enable Adactin to enhance its core technology pillar service offerings across AWS, Microsoft, digital transformation and software testing.

“While, Adactin will now be able to provide its existing customer base with expanded Dynamics 365 skills, Focus Dynamics Group customers will be able to access Adactin's expertise in digital transformation and software testing services, providing opportunities for the two organisations to cross-sell each other's expertise,” he explained.

“Adactin can now extend its services by providing solutions and implementations around MS Dynamics 365 FinOps, Microsoft Business Central, customer service and sales.”

All 82 staff members from Focus Dynamics Group will work underneath the Adactin umbrella as a separate entity.

According to Garg, the total combined headcount grows to 480. This includes 82 Focus Dynamics Group headcount added to Adactin Group existing headcount.

In a media statement, Michael Zarb, CEO at Focus Dynamics Group said, “Joining Adactin doesn't change who we are or how we work.

Garg explained that this acquisition reinforces the company’s commitment to customers with continued investment in “designing and delivering value”.

According to Garg, Adactin will continue its mergers and acquisitions journey and will be looking for further acquisitions of technology business which align, and complement its core capabilities, such as AWS, data and AI.
